Robert to appear on stage in “Deathtrap”?

Caught this little tidbit from What’s on Stage.  They are reporting that Rob will be back on stage this September to take part in Director Matthew Warchus Project “Deathtrap”.  Seems the time frame just doesn’t fit very well to me.  Could be this one is just another rumor but then Robert does tend to surprise us.

All going to plan, Deathtrap will open at the West End’s Wyndham’s Theatre in September 2010. And, heads up to Twilight fans, Robert Pattinson, who plays vampire Edward Cullen, is in the frame for the part of Clifford. Prepare for mob scenes.
